With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Agustín and Iluminada fulfilled their dream of running their own restaurant, bringing guests the authentic flavours of homemade coastal cuisine prepared with the love and dedication of our grandmothers.

The heart of Sanlúcar on every plate

Our philosophy knows no shortcuts. Every morning we pick prime seafood from the local port: fresh cuttlefish, monkfish, prawns and soles. Stocks are simmered gently to extract deep maritime flavours, respecting the time that authentic cuisine demands.

From a midday aperitif with chilled manzanilla to a relaxed family lunch over a piping-hot marinera casserole: open Tuesday to Sunday.
